Wycliffe O. Aganda holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and serves as the Diaspora Chair of the Association of Kenyans Living in Rwanda. He is an accomplished entrepreneur, recognized for founding several impactful institutions, including Wibena Business School, which focuses on cultivating business acumen, and Peha International School, dedicated to providing quality education.
Additionally, he established Wibena Basketball Club to promote sports among youth and Wibena Impact NGO, aimed at driving social change through various community initiatives. Wycliffe's leadership and vision are centered on empowering individuals and fostering sustainable development within the Kenyan diaspora and beyond.

Lucy is an influential leader within the Kenyan diaspora in Rwanda, currently serving as the Vice Chairperson of the Association of Kenyans Living in Rwanda. She has a strong background in academia, holding the position of Head of the Department of Computing & Informatics at Mount Kigali University.
Her educational credentials include a Master's degree in Information Science, which underpins her expertise in managing and utilizing information systems effectively.
Prior to her current role, she served as the Secretary of the Association of Kenyans in Information, where she played a pivotal role in fostering collaboration and communication among professionals in the information sector.
Her dedication to community engagement and educational excellence has positioned her as a key figure in promoting the interests of Kenyans in Rwanda, while also contributing significantly to the development of the technology and information landscape in the region.
Her work reflects her commitment to empowering individuals through education and information access, making her a respected advocate for both her community and her field.

Ndirangu Festus Irungu is a distinguished Mass Communication Professional with a career spanning over 13 years, characterized by excellence in journalism and academia. Currently serving as Association of Kenyans in Rwanda Organising Secretary. He is also the Head of the Department, of Journalism, Film & Communication at Mount Kigali University Rwanda, he has demonstrated unwavering commitment and dedication to his field. With a solid academic foundation, including Currently a PhD candidate at Moi University, a holder of Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Mass Communication from Makerere University, Ndirangu has consistently excelled in various aspects of media and communication.
Ndirangu's professional journey showcases a dynamic skill set, including proficiency in journalism, public relations, training, and communication. As a journalist, he has contributed significantly to the field, working as a reporter, news anchor, and program host with Kenya News Agency, The Movements Times, Campus FM, Bahasha FM, and Royal FM. His undergraduate and master's research was focused on television and Radio. The Master research project was: The Contribution of Community Radio in Promoting Good Governance through Public Participation in Murang’a County: A Kangema Ranet FM Case Study. He has participated in different conferences and forums presenting research papers such as the EACA Conference, and Stockholm Internet Forum among others. Ndirangu is also known for his excellent presentation skills, having developed and delivered well-researched course materials during his tenure as a lecturer.
In his role as Head of Department, Ndirangu has consistently delivered exceptional results, overseeing a diverse range of subjects in media studies. He has been instrumental in the transition phase of Mount Kigali University from its campus status under Mount Kenya University Rwanda Campus. He has been involved in curriculum development for bachelor's programs in Public Relations, Journalism, and Film Production Studies. He has equipped students with essential knowledge and skills, ensuring their readiness for the job market. His commitment to education is further evidenced by his involvement as an adjunct lecturer at Riara University, Mount Kenya University, Thika Campus, and his prior roles at institutions such as Mahanaim Educational Institute and NIBS Technical College.
Beyond his professional achievements, Ndirangu is a team player, an innovator willing to go the extra mile, and a results-oriented individual who thrives in a challenging environment. His ability to work under minimal supervision and his excellent interpersonal skills make him an asset in any setting. With a track record of exceeding expectations and a passion for education and media, Ndirangu Festus Irungu continues to shape the future of communication in Rwanda and beyond. He is currently working with FOJO Media Institute as the MKU Project contact person for the Rwanda Media Programme. He has also worked with Renewed Memory from Israel in creating social media videos for genocide & holocaust documentation. He was also the pioneer Secretary General of Rwanda Journalist Educators Network(RJEN).
